As the school year is ending, there were many good things to reflect upon: coming out of pandemic, we were able to hold two in-person Studio Recitals, and the MMTA Piano Contest Winners were finally able to perform in Honors Concert at the Minneapolis Convention Center on 5/22/2022. Among the Winners were Aakya M. (Plymouth), Alissa I. (Maple Grove), Allison Z. (Maple Grove), Beau D. (Crystal), Eileen C. (Maple Grove), Emily C. (Maple Grove), Isabelle E., (Maple Grove), Owen L (Maple Grove).
In recognition of high scores in MMTA exams, a few students have received monetary awards from MMTA, and two students have earned the MMTA Challenge Award Trophies: Elaine L. and Emily C. (Maple Grove).
We congratulate Elaine L. and Tyler K. on their graduation and wish them much success in their future! It was great to see their musical grow over the years- we’ll miss them. At the same time, we welcome new students that will be joining the studio in June.
